If I were a balloon,
You would be my helium.
Reaching greater heights,
Enjoying the scenery together.
We swayed to no gales and
rose above storm clouds.
We were invincible.
Then you had your good idea
To tie a string on me, and tried to sell me off
To another stranger’s child.
If I learnt anything, I learnt people leave.
So I fastened my string to a rock.
I am my own rock.
I am invincible.
No storm can move me.
No weather can weather me.
I am invincible.
But I miss the scenery up there.
I miss not having to worry about storms at all.
Helium leaks, and I fear soon,
I won’t miss anything at all.
Yeah Fred to the Rick! More! More!

This is beautiful.
Also helium reminds me of this annoying voice I use to irritate people to half death.
